About Hubsai
Hubsai came to life in 2017 as a smart home solution for homeowners wanting a simple, secure way to automate their home using smart devices. After achieving major product technology milestones such as centralized multi-hub management and Apple Watch integration for smart device control, a vision formed to apply Hubsai IoT technology to multi-family and hospitality properties.
Based in the East Bay technology hub of San Ramon, California, Hubsai is rapidly growing a team of seasoned technologists in data and network security, hardware, AI, and software development.

Alan King
Mr. King is founder and owner of Alan King and Company, Inc. an industry-leading provider of mortgage accounting software to financial institutions. He has worked in the mortgage industry for nearly forty years. Previously, Mr. King was a mortgage banking controller and loan servicing manager for a six billion dollar savings and loan.
Motjtaba Janatpour
Mr. Janatpour is currently the Managing member of Next Level Architecture, LLC. He has over thirty years of hands-on experience in the design and construction of residential and commercial properties.Prior, Mr. Janatpour was a research scientist at General Electric for over twelve years and holds several prices patents.
AJ Jolly
Mr. Jolly has extensive expertise in sales engineering and product management for network and AI solutions. As a senior PM at Brocade, he grew revenue from $17M to $175m for his portfolio in 3 years. He also held senior roles at Aruba and Cisco. Mr. Jolly holds an MS in Computer Networks and an EMBA in Product Management from UC Berkeley.
