After achieving major product technology milestones such as centralized multi-hub management and Apple Watch integration for smart device control, a vision formed to apply Hubsai IoT technology to multi-family and hospitality properties.
Based in the East Bay technology hub of San Ramon, California, Hubsai is rapidly growing a team of seasoned technologists in data and network security, hardware, AI, and software development.

Dr. Hossein Eslambolchi
Dr. Eslambolchi is currently Facebook Technical Advisor & Chairman, CEO (2020 Venture Partners). He previously held the CEO position at AT&T Bell Labs. His accomplishments include 1200+ wordwide patents, 2017 Ellis Island Medal of Honor, Most Influential Global Telecom Business Leader (2010-2011), and AT&T Fellow (1999).
Mr. Janatpour is currently the Managing member of Next Level Architecture, LLC. He has over thirty years of hands-on experience in the design and construction of residential and commercial properties.Prior, Mr. Janatpour was a research scientist at General Electric for over twelve years and holds several prices patents.
Mr. Jolly has extensive expertise in sales engineering and product management for network and AI solutions. As a senior PM at Brocade, he grew revenue from $17M to $175m for his portfolio in 3 years. He also held senior roles at Aruba and Cisco. Mr. Jolly holds an MS in Computer Networks and an EMBA in Product Management from UC Berkeley.
Mr. King is founder and owner of Alan King and Company, Inc. an industry-leading provider of mortgage accounting software to financial institutions. He has worked in the mortgage industry for nearly forty years. Previously, Mr. King was a mortgage banking controller and loan servicing manager for a six billion dollar savings and loan.
Dr. Joel Libove
Dr. Libove is President of Furaxa and Chairman of Ultraview Corp. in Berkeley, CA. He holds a Ph.D. & MS in EECS from UC Berkeley and a BSEE from Cornell. In addition to designing over 200 board-level products and 60 GaN, SiGe and InP integrated circuits for military radar, high-speed data acquisition, and broadband communications, Mr. Libove holds 19 patents.
Mr. Pyles is the principal consultant at Pyles & Associates, a consulting firm advising CEOs, boards, and investors of telecom businesses. He previously served as COO of Allied Telecom Group, President and CEO of NewNet Communication Technologies, and President of Continuous Computing. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pyles was regional VP and GM at AT&T.
